We called for a same day appointment for our elderly German Shepherd & Blacksmith Fork graciously made time for us last minute. We had no idea what was wrong with our pup, but the staff spent almost three hours with us working through possible issues & actually gave us a firm diagnosis... the best part - the Dr. came up with a treatment plan to help manage our pup's pain. I'm a lifelong dog owner, and I can say with absolute certainty that I have never felt more heard, validated, and confident in veterinary care before. We needed a vet after hours and within 10 minutes of leaving a voice-mail we got a call back and they were willing to come in for us even though my pup hadn't been there before. They didn't have great news for us so really not a fun experience but yet I was so thankful for how kind and patient they were even approaching 9- 9:30pm I never felt rushed. We wanted to take our boy home to say goodbye and they were willing to get us back in the next day and for being the hardest thing I've had to do they made it just a little bit easier. We saw Dr. Clements and Emily and they make me want to drive 24 miles for my other fur babies because of the care we received.

I had to take my foster dog Zoey in on a Saturday and she ended up having to stay overnight and had surgery on Sunday. She shredded a towel and then swallowed strings and peices. Dr Watkins and the staff were very caring, thorough, and professional. I volunteer with Four Paws Rescue and we have taken hundreds of dogs there over the years for many different reasons, with mostly excellent results. I recommend them highly.
