I've been dealing with back pain for years and my L 3 disk in my back slides out and pinches nerves. The whole team has helped me over the years to regain my strength. So, that I can avoid surgery.

I've gone to Zachary Manwaring for years. I benefited tremendously from his care and mindset. He will help me address the problem of chiropractic work and provide me stretches that will help it from not coming back. I live a better life because he's willing to put in the extra time and give me stretches so I don't live in pain.The very first time I met with him. He said his goal was to live without paying so I never need to come back. Doing the stretches is what helps the most for the long term. The stretches mentality is so unique compared to the chiropractors that will want you to come back for years on end. It works and I am better because of him

My Autistic son was hit by a car on his electric bike. Dr. Manwaring was very kind and patient with my son while helping him recover! He made sure my son felt comfortable with the exercises and how to do them. He was amazing and I would recommend him anytime.
