The heat exchanger needed to be replaced a year ago but because the furnace was still under warranty (20 year), I only had to pay for labor. My point is: this company sells great products, has experienced installers and service people, and are reasonably priced. I have had service contracts too. Each year both my furnace and AC are serviced. Any problems found can be caught early and addressed. Well worth the cost. You'll get priority service, and emergency service if you ever need either. Great company and people to work with.”
