We had a pipe burst and flood our home in February '26. Our insurance recommended UDK and we had a great experience with them. Justin, Cesar, Edwin, Jimmy and Victor were all professional, courteous, helpful, personable..you name it. The work they've done is solid and things look like they are back to normal at our home. This company was referred to to me by my plumber and I am so glad this process was so seamless . But more importantly, this crew brought their A game in all aspects from the mitigation to the restoration portion of the situation I was in . I want to give a shout out to Justin who was professional and extremely helpful in helping me understand what was going on . I was kept informed on everything and given a timeline and eta of what would happen and when.

Justin and Cesar were great help and knocked the job out exactly in the timeline they said they would and Cesar rebuilt our stand for all of our water heater/softener/and furnace. I told Justin I’d like to eventually upgrade the size of my water heater so I would like the stand to be strong. Cesar went above and beyond with the strength of the stand I was very impressed. Great customer service. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
