Nicholas notified us by phone that he would be arriving to our home. He and Christian arrived and we were greeted with upbeat, friendly faces.
Nicholas again confirmed our job requests. My husband and I requested a few additional areas that we would like to add on. Nicholas listened, and quoted us a new price which we agreed to.
Christian and Nick began the cleaning on each side of the house. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The process was very user friendly, as were our technicians!

Nicholas was wonderful. Professional, on time. will have him back. The area that he cleaned looked good, but he did not do the part of the landing that I was told he would do when he and I talked. He was very polite, though very honest with me about what he couldn't do. And when I scheduled it, I said I don't want that part done just the rest of it.
