Our needs for a new home were unique as my husband is a wheelchair user. We were discouraged after meeting with other builders at their hesitancy to make small modifications to their floor plans to make the home wheelchair accessible. We were so happy when we met with Mitch and he came prepared to the meeting with two floor plans within our budget and some ideas already mapped out for wheelchair friendly modifications.
