We got locked out of a room that we never had a key to. The gentleman arrived at the agreed time and quickly opened our door. He even rekeyed the lock so we wouldn’t lock ourselves out again. Very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend.
Kelvin saved our family camping trip. We were up the road in Zion and we apparently lost our key to our Yakima top box. I didn't think it could be done but he not only got it unlocked, but made a new key so we didn't have to leave it unlocked. And he gave my kids 3d toys. Nicest guy, and a skilled craftsman.
