We had fantastic service from Lee, arriving late on a Friday afternoon with a loaner sewer grinder pump to get us up and running after our old pump failed. Very knowledgeable on replacement options helping us decide with zero sales pressure. Communication was excellent as was the whole experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Sump pump quit pumping. Needed a pro asap. Lee came same day and diagnosed the issue. After reconfiguration of the 1" discharge piping (eliminated blockage potential), he functionally tested the sump pump successfully. There are not enough good things that can be said about Lee Hixson and his business. The man is incredibly friendly and fair. He does the research necessary for what needs to be done. He takes care and pride in his job site. He is now our plumber for life. He replaced a water pump at a manhole at our property and arranged The Pump Company to come and he replaced the power supply to that pump. He also installed a gravity pump system in our house for better water pressure after the one we had broke. We have a bathroom remodel planned next year and he is our guy. Highly recommended.
