In short, Gary from Access Security Locksmith (dba "Bob's Lock, Safe and Key") was AWESOME!
Gary showed up promptly, after my panicked call on the morning after Christmas, to help me get into my new-to-me truck after its battery had been completely drained (my fault) and my sole key wouldn't turn the driver's door manual lock, so I couldn't open my hood to jumpstart or charge the battery.
Gary quickly diagnosed the problem, then he cut a sturdy new metal key and with some targeted lubrication, forced the lock open as a temporary workaround, thereby protecting my only key from potential damage. Then he coordinated with their shop to order... read full review

I can't say enough good things about bobs lock safe and key. I left my keys in my car running. I called their service, and they had a technician come out to my location within 10 minutes of my call. He was incredibly professional and got the job done very fast!

Kyler came out to my apartment today and replaced three locks in under an hour. I had called this morning and made the appointment for 11 am. He came right when he said he would, communicated clearly, and did a wonderful job. If I have lock needs in the future, I 100% will be getting in touch with Bobs Lock Safe and Key.
