While he did offer to repair my older unit, for peace of mind I inquired about replacing the outdoor Condenser unit. This was completed same day during 104-degree outdoor temps. I was referred to Kevin on a late Friday afternoon/ early evening. I ran a screw through my HVAC gas line in the wall and needed someone to assist me in repair. Kevin dropped what he was doing at 5:00 and came out to provide me with exceptional service. He went far and beyond to make the repair and ensure the HVAC unit was operating as should be. He talked me along his repair the entire way, letting me know what each step does, and made sure I was very happy with what he was doing.
