While he did offer to repair my older unit, for peace of mind I inquired about replacing the outdoor Condenser unit. This was completed same day during 104-degree outdoor temps. Kevin and his assistant inspected all other existing components of our A/C system to ensure compatibility and longevity. I was referred to Kevin on a late Friday afternoon/ early evening. I ran a screw through my HVAC gas line in the wall and needed someone to assist me in repair. Kevin dropped what he was doing at 5:00 and came out to provide me with exceptional service. He went far and beyond to make the repair and ensure the HVAC unit was operating as should be. He talked me along his repair the entire way, letting me know what each step does, and made sure I was very happy with what he was doing. I highly recommend AIRSTREAM HVAC and will continue to utilize him from here on out.
My AC stopped working while my husband was out of town, which was pretty stressful for me, since he usually deals with these sorts of things. A company came and gave me a quote for around $1000 (labor only). Then I called Kevin and told him exactly what was wrong (according to the first company’s quote) and asked how much he would charge. It was much more fair and affordable, but he also couldn’t give me an exact number without knowing what kind of AC unit I have. So I said I’d climb up in the attic to look at it.
