Van is the very best technician in my opinion! She knows her stuff. When I went to a different nail salon they did a terrible job and she fixed them. I've been coming here ever since.

If you come here, request Van and Van only. The tech that sits at the fourth chair is terrible. She doesn't listen to what you request. I had to ask for tips the two times I gave her a chance. No big deal but I guess she doesn't offer since she's not very good with them. She doesn't seem to have a basic understanding of shapes either, or she just doesn't care - i assume it's the latter since she never asks how you like anything she's done. My manicures done by her have looked so cheap compared to Vans work. This past time, my dip polish cracked after ONE DAY and it hurt like hell. After a week, the dip had chipped too and I ended up removing the rest of it. Turns out her cheap work had caused my natural nail to completely break and crack across my entire nail. Clearly the whole two layers of dip she used wasn't enough considering my broken fingernail and how bumpy and lopsided the polish looks on the rest of my nails. Shame on me for giving this tech a second chance. The manicures I've had that were done by van were incredible however. She's so polite and friendly and cares about her customers. She's quick and she does an amazing job. If I return to Twin nails, it will only be if I can schedule with Van. I would strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere if they can't be seen by her.

Wow!! It's so hard for me to find a place I love, and this salon was such an awesome surprise, and a fabulous find! My appointment was on time, and my toes and hands look gorg! They were so nice, clean, and affordable. I will absolutely be coming back here and I highly recommend.
