I am so grateful for my experience at The Grand. I have had so many questions and concerns about what to do with my aging family member. Staci the manager was extremely caring and answered all my questions. It is such a beautiful space and caring staff. I see some negative comments. Which seems so opposite of my experience. Funny how they seem to not know who these people are? Quit trolling, it hurts businesses and the people that work there. Keep up the good work caring for our elderly! We need more places and care givers like you!
My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown at this assisted living residence. From the very first visit, we felt welcomed, respected, and reassured that our loved one would be in good hands. The staff truly go above and beyond not just meeting needs, but building meaningful relationships with the residents.
The caregivers are attentive, patient, and kind, always taking the time to listen and provide comfort. It’s clear they don’t just see this as a job, but as a calling. The environment is warm, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a space that feels like home rather than a facility.

My grandma currently lives at The Grand and it is the best place in valley by far. She is so well taken care of by all of the staff and specifically Staci, Mariah, Christian and Jamee put their heart and soul into making everyone feel happy, loved and cared for. I couldn’t recommend The Grand enough for your loved one. ❤️
