More times and I’d like to admit I’ve been in a place of financial struggle the last year year and a half or so and every time I’ve had to call into Paramount acceptance about my Vasa bill. They have been nothing but understanding I had a great experience with Katelyn today, she did a great job hearing and understanding my issue and resolving it
Ashley C was very helpful when I called into cancel because we upgraded our home gym. She broke the charges and fees down clearly and made sure I understood it all. Amazing customer service!
