I had a Groupon. I made an appointment online. The day before the appointment we moved all our furniture. On the day of the appointment my husband stayed home 4 hours waiting for them. They no-showed. We called and left voicemails. We texted them, multiple times. No response. Do not waste your time with this company.

I didn't use this service because they did not show to the appointment. I received a confirmation email. I was told the best way to get a response was to text. I texted 4 times and left 3 voice mail messages with no response.

We had a Groupon. We made an appointment online. The day before the appointment we moved all our furniture and vacuumed the floors. The day of the appointment we stayed home waiting for four hours. They never came. We texted and called multiple times, with no response. We are having a party and now we have to reassemble our house and the carpets are still dirty. Never use this company!!
