The entire team makes the experience even better. Rach took the time to train me on how to properly insert and remove my lenses and made sure I felt comfortable and confident doing it. Corry, Tammy, and Grace always create such a welcoming environment and are more than happy to answer any questions I have.

Another thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are. Because of my condition, emergencies can happen, and they have always done everything they can to fit me in when I need to be seen quickly. Having a team that is that responsive and supportive gives me so much peace of mind.

We were looking for glasses frames with clip on polarized sun glasses. She showed us a number of frames that she thought we might like. Once we had frames picked out she went to work with our insurance coverage and came up with a price for each of us for our new lenses and frames.

“Dr West is the most competent eye doctor I've ever had. I have complex eyes with a very high prescription and he is the only one I have found that can get my prescription correct. I have been to other doctors, once when my insurance changed and then again when I moved out of town, and the other doctors couldn't even get my prescription close to what it was supposed to be. Now, no matter what insurance I have I will still go to Dr. West. I told him at my last visit that he was never allowed to retire!!
