I signed up some time ago after seeing their Facebook ads. I thought the personality was good and there were a lot of interesting things that he said. However, once you pass the sales presentation, it's all downhill from there. The cost is very high but they reel you in by telling you about the lifetime Facebook group and the weekly zoom calls. The reviews must be fake because it seems like everyone who posts in the Facebook group is already in good shape. When you dig a little deeper into the people who do post, they're all trainers. Let me first start out by saying that my review is not of the actual program run by John Madsen. From everything I've read, the actual program is probably really good and helpful.My review is based solely on my experiences and I just feel that what I experienced wasn't okay and I'd hate for other people to go in blind. Life is already hard enough, you don't need to go to this place and experience what I experienced.A couple years ago, when I saw an ad for a free program for women to lose weight, I jumped on the opportunity. Gained weight (body fat), lost muscle mass, lost close to $1,000. Very disappointed with the end result for me...Advertising on facebook & what was said over the phone to get me into the sales pitch & what was said in the meeting are NOT transparent. I wish everyone & every business could be transparent. I was asked if I'd trust (John) & his nutrition advice. (I didn't know what that advice would be until after I signed up & paid). It was 1.5 pounds of meat/ animal product EVERY day. I told them I was studying veganism before & after signing up & so 1.5 pounds of meat/animal protein/day is a whole lot for me...
