Joe is fantastic.
He's very responsive and great to work with. We had a hole in the bottom of our tub and thought that we'd have to replace our tub - that's what other plumbing companies told us. But Joe was able to fix it, and it's extremely sturdy. Joe saved us at least an additional $3000 (likely more) that we would have spent paying to get a new tub put in. When there was a leak in our bathroom, Joe came over the same night for a first quick check to make sure his work on the tub was sound. He helped us identify and fix the problem in a follow-up visit. (The problem was unrelated to the repair work he'd done previously, which is still holding up great.)

Started with a small leak, then found a jet with a crack. They stopped making repair parts over 10 years ago. Joe found the needed parts.he went above and beyond to help us get the tub back working. Highly recommend him.
We had a jetted tub that the motor stopped working. I had called a variety of people to try to figure out what was wrong. I called Tubworx and Joe walked me through some trouble shooting and simply resetting the GFI switch.SO AWESOME….it works!!! My tub is now working at no expense to me. I will definitely call this company again for any problems with my tubs.
