Joey was fantastic! He took on a very challenging job involving a hot tub from a different brand that had been poorly installed by previous installers. The work was complicated, but he never gave up. He kept coming back, bringing new parts, troubleshooting, and getting everything organized with so much patience and kindness. In the end, he got everything working perfectly, and the hot tub is now functioning great. Joey was truly exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend him!
Joe is fantastic.
He's very responsive and great to work with. We had a hole in the bottom of our tub and thought that we'd have to replace our tub - that's what other plumbing companies told us. But Joe was able to fix it, and it's extremely sturdy. Joe saved us at least an additional $3000 (likely more) that we would have spent paying to get a new tub put in. When there was a leak in our bathroom, Joe came over the same night for a first quick check to make sure his work on the tub was sound. He helped us identify and fix the problem in a follow-up visit. (The problem was unrelated to the repair work he'd done previously, which is still holding up great.)
