I usually look forward to my visits to Grease Monkey because the team is quick, efficient, and consistently gets the job done. My most recent visit was still fast, but a couple small details stood out compared to past experiences. I brought in a $30 coupon, though only $25 was applied, and I wasn’t sure why. I also asked if they could place my registration stickers on my license plate, as they’ve kindly done before, but this time I was told I would need to do it myself.

These guys were wicked fast getting my emissions and registration done. Their lobby is also very clean, has a soda machine, keurigs for coffee, a popcorn machine, and always have good things playing on the TV.
They severely scratched 2 of my rims while rotating the tires. Very disappointing, we service 4 of our cars here. Not sure if we will going forward. Update, Kaleb at Grease Monkey contacted us and has had the damage to the rims repaired. Many businesses don’t stand behind their workmanship so I’m glad that he did and was it was handle very professionally. We will continue going to Herriman Grease Monkey Thanks again Kaleb!
