I was referred to Earnshaw Electric by a neighbor. My neighbor had raved about what great work Mark Earnshaw did, as he had had him do work for him in the past. I called Mark, he replied immediately, and set up an appointment that was convenient for us both. From the very beginning, I was impressed at how Mark ran his business. We text messaged a couple of times, and he always replied immediately. He was prompt, confirmed our appointment the day before, and was on time the morning we met. From the moment I met Mark, his great son, Austin and their employee Caden, I could not be happier with "who they are", and the amazing, exacting, quality work they did for me. Mark immediately found the problem I was experiencing, and began the work to solve the problem. They were a great team, with the extreme amount of experience Mark has. His son and employee have learned the business well, and they all three worked quickly with great expertise. I found their work to be of the highest quality. They are on "top of their game" and I would never call anyone else in the future, but Earnshaw Electric! Mark went out of his way to help me solve another couple of challenges in my home, as my smoke detectors had gone bad, and he, Austin and Caden rapidly went throughout my home cleaning out, replacing batteries, and making certain all smoke/CO detectors, were all working properly, including replacing one that was found to be malfunctioning. Mark is a really great and good man, as is his son, Austin and employee, Caden. They are trustworthy, fast, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about electrical work, and I could not be more pleased. I needed some lighting done in my house, and I couldn't be more pleased. Mark was prompt in responding to my texts, on time, and worked with me to come up with the best plan for what I wanted. AND, the cost was reasonable. Best of all, we love the work he did. He even came back and added a canned light I wanted - free! I highly recommend Earnshaw!!
Mark has provided not only a high quality electric repair service but also high quality, efficient and FAST customer service.
