The two negative reviews I read were about Emergency situations. This clinic is not an animal hospital, thus they can't take every emergency case that appears, otherwise they would be constantly behind the schedule, upsetting clients with appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about Arcadia. I am still getting to know their new vets and deciding whether I love them or not. Julia at the front desk is Amazing. She's on top of everything, knows everything, finds answers to anything you ask her. Arcadia would not be the same without Julia.

We had to unexpectedly put down our family dog while camping in the nearby mountains last month. Arcadia handled everything so well and were so kind throughout the whole process. We went for the private cremation option which resulted in a well made, engraved box for the ashes and a beautiful paw print.
Overall I hope to never need this particular service here again, but would recommend Arcadia for whatever service needed. Thank you for helping our sweet Bree dog cross the rainbow bridge!
