Peterson Refrigeration & Appliance is a reliable contractor that provides quality services. The office staff is responsive and helpful, as seen in Angie's assistance. Their technicians, including plumbers, install appliances and perform plumbing work professionally and in a timely manner. They offer quick solutions, as demonstrated in unblocking drains. While some mess may be left behind, it's a minor drawback. Overall, customers appreciate their great attitude, excellent work, and willingness to schedule jobs.
We have a cabin up in Fishlake and it is often difficult to find plumbers to come and work up there. When we opened our cabin this past weekend, we found that our water heater had finally died. After making several calls, Kurt was not only happy to come up and take care of the problem right away, he was able to answer a number of questions and guide us to the best replacement heater. He and Tom arrived early, worked quickly, removed the old heater and installed the new one in no time as well as took care of a number of other smaller issues that I had been wanting to address. As a Building Inspector I look for quality contractors to work on my home. After moving to Fairview, Utah I needed to replace an electric water heater so I did my research and verified state licensing and found Peterson Refrigeration & Appliance. Office staff, Angie, was very helpful and responsive. The water heater was installed professionally and timely. The two local plumbers who were dispatched did a great job along with a great attitude towards their job and I really appreciate the effort. I highly recommend this contractor for your next plumbing project(s).
They were awesome to be able to unplug my drains quickly. A bit of a mess was left behind that took us an hour or so to clean up, but I guess they're plumbers not cleaners.Besides that they were great, quick, and I would use them again.
