Their technicians, including plumbers, install appliances and perform plumbing work professionally and in a timely manner. They offer quick solutions, as demonstrated in unblocking drains. While some mess may be left behind, it's a minor drawback. Overall, customers appreciate their great attitude, excellent work, and willingness to schedule jobs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Peterson Refrigeration & Appliance did an excellent job helping us out at The Haven Coffee House in Nephi. Our Scotsman ice maker stopped working and they were able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue within about an hour, and have the machine fully up and running in roughly two hours. It ended up being a disconnected wire, but the technician was thorough and professional in tracking it down.
Really appreciate the prompt service and expertise. Highly recommend Peterson Refrigeration & Appliance if you need appliance or refrigeration service!
Kurt and team installed new mini split systems and it feels wonderful in the house. Quick, great price, friendly and professional. Cleaned up and we are very happy! I highly recommend!!
We have a cabin up in Fishlake and it is often difficult to find plumbers to come and work up there. When we opened our cabin this past weekend, we found that our water heater had finally died. After making several calls, Kurt was not only happy to come up and take care of the problem right away, he was able to answer a number of questions and guide us to the best replacement heater. He and Tom arrived early, worked quickly, removed the old heater and installed the new one in no time as well as took care of a number of other smaller issues that I had been wanting to address.
