The Facial Stretch combo was absolutely AMAZING! Shawn really knows what he’s doing. It wasn’t what I expected but my body was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely have Shawn work on me again.
I came back pretty sore after a seven day intense, backcountry ski trip. I feel good as new after being stretched like taffy by Sean. I have never done Facial Stretch Therapy (FST). I highly recommend it to speed your recovery.
