We’re visiting Eden for a cozy fall weekend, and Free Spirit welcomed me and my two girls (8 and 12) like old friends. Ashley led a restorative class that was exactly what we needed, gentle, unhurried, and so calming. Her voice, her pacing, and those thoughtful hands-on adjustments helped all three of us melt into the poses and truly rest. I loved how she made the space feel safe and inclusive for my daughters while still giving me a deep reset. We walked out lighter, quiet, and happy, such a beautiful memory to tuck into our getaway. Thank you, Ashley, for the sweetest pause in our day. Highly recommend!

Absolutely an amazing experience. First received the chakra massage and it left me in tears. I found much peace within my being! Followed by the most serene facial I have ever had. Definitely going to return again and again!! Thank you Thank you ??
