I have been a client for several years, Nikki has been amazing to work with. Her guidance and treatment plans are the reason I am healthier and in better shape. I strongly recommend this for anyone who wants to feel better and be more active.
I was a patient here when Revitalize first opened about 10 years ago. Eventually I thought I could manage things on my own and moved on, that was my mistake.
A couple of years ago I came back, and it didn't take long to remember why I had come here in the first place. Nothing I tried on my own came close to the level of care or results I get here. The medical staff is smart, professional, and genuinely caring - they know what they're doing and it shows. Shout out to Madi who has so much patience and has been so helpful!

I wish I would have found this place sooner! I see Katie and she has been so amazing! I started feeling better right away after she got me on the right dose of hormones I needed. She has great bedside manners and has never made me feel like I’m doing something wrong if I haven’t been good with my care but instead encourages me and gives me more tips for me to be able to achieve my goals. I also love the ladies at the front desk, they are so sweet and it really makes a difference!
