Elizabeth Hathenbruck is incredible! She has such an intuitive ability to read my body, the energy I’m carrying, and the areas where things need to move or release, and then adjusts her approach accordingly. I keep thinking I’ve just had the best massage I’ve ever had—and somehow that keeps happening every time I see her!
My body needs different things each time I come in, and Elizabeth is amazing at adapting, changing things up, and working with what my body needs that day. She’s also wonderful at communicating throughout the massage, checking in about pressure and her approach, and making sure my body is responding well.
