Recently restarted up my unlimited plan again after not going there for a year...I was really missing a few of their core services so I signed up again 3 weeks ago and am loving it and feel the positive effects of the sauna, red light therapy and especially the cryo. I now go 4-5x per week. The new owner Clint, as well as Felicia, Kim and the rest of the team are amazing. I never do reviews, but this is a place I'd definitely recommend.

What a cool wellness center! I really enjoyed the cryotherapy, red light therapy and IV Treatment.
If you haven’t experienced cryotherapy it’s a really cool experience. It’s like taking a cold plunge but a lot easier and just as effective.
I felt so good after the IV treatment. Being pumped with vitamin B and magnesium, both relaxed and energized me. Can’t wait for my next IV session.
