I got botox for the first time in 2018 from a social media contest and had no idea the effects would be so profound- and I was shocked how each day for the first week after getting botox, that my face visibly de-aged by several years. I was constantly looking in the mirror and finding more improvements in my pore size, skin elasticity and the supple hydration that replaced the fine lines (that I never dreamed would even improve, let alone completely disappear like they have.) I found Quintessence from a fb post for botox and lip filler 3 years ago and was intrigued by how unique the services were and how they were unlike any medspa that existed. Many of us are looking at this as a genuine medical appointment. When we meet our provider we want to discuss our treatment needs and consult their support staff such as they would an office rn or nurse. That's not how it's felt with quintessence. It felt more like cattle herders. When I had my first and only visit, the QMP I met with was great but not so much the support staff checking me in. She was nice but did not explain anything about the process that would unfold. I was told to follow a link. And do the form on the site. I got to the state site, and it was not user friendly. So I called quintessence office for help. The lady told me she would send me a pdf with instructions. She hopped right off the phone abruptly. No further chance to discuss. I opened the instructions, but they did not match the web page layout. I called back and another lady was like "oh, I think they've changed the site a couple times since we made that instruction. My computer isn't working, or I'd open the site and walk you through. Sorry." And she got off the phone. So I tried to find someone at the state health dept that could help me. Many calls over 3 days I finally could do the form. It just wasn't the full service they said I'd get. I also had no preparation from their office about how pharmacies work or about pharmacist appointments etc. So it was one surprise after another. Until after 3 trips to the pharmacy I could get meds. Other than a visit with a qmp, quintessence has provided no other benefit. When I had signed up they told me it was for the full first year. My 6 month came up and they said I had to pay $150 more! I tried to remind them that I'd signed up on a full-year plan. they insisted I had to pay more now. So, I went to a patient support fb group to voice my concerns and ask what I could do instead of pay more. One of Quintessence employees hopped on that post and started lying, using abusive language and aggressively and angrily messaging in messenger to ppl who commented on the post confirming their own experience with this shady company. I do not recommend. at all. run away. There are other places priced lower with better service.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this place! Lara and Amber are so amazing! I am continually impressed with how knowledgeable the staff is and how much fun they make every appointment! Not to mention, I look so good. Cheek filler on point! And my Botox/dysport looks so natural! Every person I have referred has been happy as well. Customer for life! Thank you Lara and Amber!!!!!!
