Jeff has been fantastic, doing lots of research for customers on metal roofing and spending weeks answering questions or researching to find answers. He goes out of his way many, many times. Jeff helped customers understand and feel comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for the actual construction part, the crew worked really fast and got roofs done in one day. They were nice guys. However, some customers noted that the clean up wasn’t done very well, with over 20 nails picked up and small pieces of shingles still littered around the yard. A wing bone from someone’s lunch was found, and nails are a problem for children playing outside and for tires. Tarps were laid down, but then areas were just blown off. Some customers cleaned up the mess over time and wanted to make others aware that the clean up job might not be up to standard unless the crew gives themselves time to do a good job. Jeff has been absolutely on top of everything, coming with a folder that had their license and roof options, explaining everything so customers could understand.
