I called earlier to ask for some advice for my mom coming in. Abby answered and was so kind and spent time with me to assure we would find the right color for my moms tan. I know it doesn’t seem like much but she didn’t rush me and was very considerate about my questions because my mom was about to go on a vacation. I have been in customer service for over 18 years. She was so considerate and helped my mom with everything she needed. As a recruiter I would love to employ someone that was that great on the phone and just a good person. If you move to Houston Abby hit me up I would hire you in a second! I hope you are appreciated at your job you deserve it.

Kylie was so helpful and patient in explaining all the benefits of the tanning memberships and credit. She was also helpful with explaining the best products to use without seeming like a pushy sales person. She calls me by name each time I come and makes me feel welcome and not just a number.
