My Pristine Home

My Pristine Home is a house cleaning service based in Draper, Utah. The business provides recurring weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out and move-in cleaning, post-construction cleaning and Airbnb turnovers across Draper, Sandy, Lehi, Herriman, Highland, Vineyard, Alpine and Saratoga Springs. Every cleaner is background-checked, and the business is fully insured and bonded. Customers get the same team every visit, so the team learns the home instead of starting over. Every clean is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if something is missed, customers can tell the business within 48 hours and it is re-cleaned at no charge. The business brings its own professional-grade supplies and equipment, and the owner answers every quote personally.

Reviews describe great service and ease of scheduling. Customers say the business cares, sets the right expectations, and listens to feedback to continue to improve. One reviewer calls it the best cleaner they have had. The owner is described as fantastic to work with, communicating on every step of the process from setting the appointment to a follow up inspection, and making sure the job was done to satisfaction. Cleaners are described as great, thorough and wonderful to be around, asking questions and taking care of concerns. A test clean led to a recurring clean being booked before the team even made it out the door, with the house feeling magical.
