Mountain Vista has been building a condo for me in Springdale, Utah. They have so far been ahead of schedule, and very responsive to any questions I may have. They build a great product, are honest, fair and I would choose to work with them again and again.Service: Project management

Their agents were great to work with. Repair requests were attended to promptly . When other builders are canceling contracts or selling newly built homes to the highest bidder, Mountain Vista is still willing to work with people to get the best value and the best price.

We have now been living in our newly built Mountain Vista home for a month. Overall we are very pleased with our home and decision to go with Mountain Vista. I would have given 5 stars, but a few minor things were never completed on the final punch list. I have been in the construction industry for 14 years and know what to look for when building a house. They did a fantastic job building the house. There was few minor issues I found during the construction.
