We built our home with Mountain Vista in 2020. We’ve only been in the home for 2 years and during the first year we were ghosted by not only Mountain Vista but their contractors in relation to our warranty. We also had a few things we were told would happen which didn’t and we were not consulted.Service: Home building

I would not recommend working with this company. The finish work on our home is terrible, the fireplace was leaking gas, we had to get our grading fixed so our basement would not flood and our floors are so creaky. They came out and tried to fix our floors twice unsuccessfully. Then they told us they were not going to cover them any more. Even though they never fixed the problem. The biggest issue is they did not compact the dirt under our driveway and walkway properly. We are having major issues. There are 13 other people on our neighborhoods facebook page that are having the same issue and the builder is refusing to help.Service: Predesigned floor plans for homes

Mountain Vista has been building a condo for me in Springdale, Utah. They have so far been ahead of schedule, and very responsive to any questions I may have. They build a great product, are honest, fair and I would choose to work with them again and again.Service: Project management
