Carter came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, and even though my unit is 24 years old, he gave me options to get the AC running that didn’t just tel me I had to replace the entire system. The installation was great and the installers (Merle, Wyatt and Paul) were very knowledgeable and hard working. Never felt pressured to do more than i needed/ wanted to have done.
During installation they noticed that the new AC unit was losing pressure in the line right after they connected it and did there test. It was nearing the end of the day and i was concerned that they were going to have to postpone completing the installation, but they didn’t. They had another new one brought out to my house and i believe they ended around almost 8 PM that night.
