I'm not one to write reviews but I think it's important that potential clients read my experience.I booked an appointment with Layers 'n Lashes based off their 5 star review so I like to think that this is an isolated incident, but when considering how I was spoke to on the phone (I wasn't polite either after a while) it makes me wonder if clients who have received poor service are being silenced with threats and bullying tactics.My appointment was at 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15 the door was locked. I called the receptionist and they suggested the tech likely ran to get lunch. Totally fine.
