Amazing! Great communication, attention to detail and professionalism. Kiri is an artist who sincerely loves what she does. She was so patient with my 11 year old daughter who wanted colored tips. My daughter was very particular about her hair and Kiri took the time to make sure she would get the expected result. And surely, the hair came out perfect. My daughter was thrilled and so was I. If I could give more than 5 stars, It would be infinite stars. Kiri is amazing. I have not colored my hair in more than 20 years for fear of damaging it. My hair is in better condition than before I went for my color service. Kiri goes out of her way to make you feel very pampered.
This may sound like a paid ad but believe me, true story!
I had a lovely experience getting a great cut, went home with happy curls, everyone loved my new, shorter look, super effortless. I loved it! Buuut... a week later I notice that the length on the top was good but did not felt great to me.
She not only scheduled me right away, but with the best and warmest attitude retouched the top to make it absolutely perfect for me!
I walked out with the biggest smile, feeling beautiful and confident with what I think is the best haircut in the last decade!
