From the moment we arrived, she showed such thoughtful, patient care with our anxious pup, Luna, taking the time to move at her pace and make her feel safe rather than rushed. Her calm, reassuring manner made an immediate difference, and we could tell she truly understood how to work with nervous dogs. excellent services, nice and friendly, they took excellent care of my shih Tzu, I am very happy whit the hair cut, my dog looks perfect and cute, they payed attention to what I asked.

Great experience. The facility did not have that horrible dog smell, check in was easy, online appointment system was a breeze, made sure my dog was vaccinated, did not overcharge for what we needed, cut was cute, and my dog was pretty happy and so was I!
