Jada Nails is absolutely the BEST nail salon in Salt Lake County! I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years and have lived in 3 different states during that time and in my opinion, Jada Nails is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. Jada does my nails personally and she is so meticulous, gentle, sweet and kind! She is a perfectionist and my nails look absolutely beautiful every single time. I wear my nails extra long and like to do custom designs on them. I can show Jada a picture for inspiration and then give her total creative control and she will create a one of a kind look just for me. We have been coming to Jada for years and typically love our services. Today we showed up right on time after calling ahead and making an “appointment” in advance… to find out that there were 7 people in front of us and a 45 minute wait. I get this happens but if I make an “appointment” in advance I would typically expect to have a guaranteed and designated person waiting and planning on me. If appointments can’t be guaranteed it seems it would make more sense to not lead people on and just tell them walk-ins are accommodated first come first serve. Wow! Jada was so gracious and kind. Fit me right in. Took a bad nail job from another place and turned them into something elegant and natural and classy! Thank you Jada! I’ll be back!!!
