I would recommend this place over again! Haley was the BEST to work with! She was so sweet & easy to talk to. She explained pricing and how the whole process went and my dress looked wonderful. I kept having to reschedule due to work but it was never an issue with them and they were always so kind about it. Again, Haley made my experience all that much better
This review is LONG overdue—but I could not be more grateful to Rachael! She bent over backwards to make sure my wedding dress was everything I ever wanted. She was patient when I broke down in stress-tears, pumped me up when I wasn’t confident, and pulled last-minute appointments so I could get my dress done on time. Rachael was a mastermind and altered the dress that I bought into the dress of my dreams!! Thank you thank you thank you; I would recommend Heming & Fitz in a heartbeat for all brides!!
I met with both Haley and Rachael and was so happy with the results of my wedding dress alteration. They both made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was happy with all the alterations. As someone who doesn’t always like speak up, they made me feel comfortable to be able to make sure I felt good about how I felt in my dress. 10000% recommend and it’s obvious they know what they’re doing.
