My stylist was very sweet, communicative, informed, confident & talented. Im happy with the result & had a great experience! I will be back soon & have always had great experiences with Falling Waters for multiple seevices & highly recommend.
Sara is the best hair stylist I know. She listens to what I want and recommends things I didn't know I needed. The salon is always so inviting and also so clean. 10/10 is not a high enough score for y'all!
the front staff is very friendly-offered me a drink and kept me informed about the wait. My stylist took time with me to listen to what I wanted-took before and after pictures and taught me about good hair products and how to curl and style my hair.
