Found great looking, quality carpet at a very competitive price. Ed was great. He determined our needs and recommended the perfect flooring. The installers were punctual and very professional. Wendy followed up to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Love these guys!

I was disappointed with Cost U Less flooring carpet installers. They didn't speak English, I wasn't able to communicate in an effective way. Damages included: chipped tile, gouged walls, transmissions to tile unfinished, wires severed for in-wall speakers, stair treads lumpy.The installation team lacked integrity and didn't respect my property, didn't bring to my attention the damages they caused. Cost U Less said they would come back and make it right, but the same installers are not welcome in my home anymore.Update, Alan, the store manager came out to assess, he had Cody come the following week and correct the installation problems, the painter... read full review
