I was thoroughly impressed with his sincerity and professional follow through: it’s not so much when things go right, but when things go wrong, how does a business approach it, fix it and reconcile. They did an amazing job all around! I had the privilege and care of Dr. Keith Robbin’s working on me. His assessment, going macro then micro, in addressing and explaining his phenomenal adjustments were the best and most thorough I’ve truly ever had, no hype. I’m grateful we were able to reconcile and now have the peace of mind and confidence of having a fantastic, solid chiropractor at a competitive price point to make this a consistent part of my wellness lifestyle.

Original review: The most incompetent, unprofessional clinic I have ever experienced it’s stunning. I made an appointment for my husband online for 10am. He was 2 mins late. Nothing was said to him of where or if there was a line. Clearly they don’t use or check the scheduler they promote in their site. Apparently they don’t honor appointments and just do walk ins. He sat there for an hour without a single person saying anything to him, that they were backed up, nothing. He left and wasted an hour of his time for nothing and they were not even remotely sorry.
So I called and asked them why don’t you honor appointments that you clearly have a scheduler online for and if you are just a walk in basis, advertise as such and NOT have an online scheduler. The desk gal, Hannah, was completely apathetic and said “take it up with corporate”. Absolutely unbelievable. I typically don’t write seething reviews but this was ridiculous and as a first impression from a possible new client? The worst. If I could give them zero stars I would. I definitely will be cancelling my new client appointment.“

“Dr. Dawson is a knowledgeable and kind doctor. He knows his business and is very helpful and considerate. His staff has always been super nice. I have EDS and I've been going to NUCCA for years as it's super gentle and has been a major help to me. I've had some good experiences and some bad with various NUCCA doctors. Dr. Dawson is one of the good ones! Absolutely recommend!“
