Braydon is amazing! I pulled my quad the week of track and field state. I wasn't sure if I would be able to run because of the pain and risk of making it worse. Because of the strength routine and working out the tightness in my hips along with my IT band I was able to compete. Thank you so much
Brandon is personable and knowledgeable — He got right to the root of my problem and taught me what exercises & body work I needed to do to fix it & maintain it. He was great to follow up even a couple weeks later!
I was dealing with pickleball elbow when I went to see Braydon. The dry needling and scraping he did was phenomenal. He also took the time to show me some strengthening exercises. I’m good as new and back on the court and am so grateful he had the solution to my ordeal!
