Julie Frischknecht and the Biorestoration team have been amazing! Julie is incredibly thorough when it comes to labs and takes the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. I love how passionate she is—she's a total nerd about this stuff (in the best way!), and her expertise really shows. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff.
