Everyone was incredibly compassionate, patient and knowledgeable and they made the experience as smooth as possible. They even put up a Christmas tree in the viewing room because they learned that our dad liked keeping his tree up until February. Fantastic!
The staff were always listening to our family and made everything run very smoothly. We even made a brief mention that our parents leave their Christmas tree up until our dad's birthday. They set up a Christmas tree in the viewing room since the services were on his birthday. A very nice and appreciated touch.
