I'll try to be brief. My wife and my experience with Supreme Lending is our first mortgage. I had a mediocre realtor, who pushed me to a lender they are cozy with, but I had a somewhat unorthodox situation with the investment we were trying to make. That lender wasn't doing anything extra in helping me navigate our situation or find the best financial situation for us. I got Matt Walker's contact info and reached out to him. This guy MADE this work for us. Here's a couple things that really stood out to me: -He spent hours just on the phone with me helping us find answers, even though our situation was really challenging (buying a fixer upper and renovating it) -He picked up slack when my realtor dropped the ball, something he didn't need to do. -My wife had to go to the title signing alone because I was working. Matt was there and TOTALLY had her back. As a husband who couldn't be there, it means the world I had someone there I could trust. -Supreme Lending moved so quick on the last legs of the closing process. I've had many professional interactions, but Supreme Lending and Matt Walker tops my list. He's a genuine, sincere guy. Even better, the company he works for who does all the underwriting is incredible too, they never missed a beat. I would beg you to use these guys... seriously...
