I just finished a very challenging and fun class with Jenny. I had such a great time, and everyone was so kind, making me feel welcome. All my muscles got an incredible workout, and I laughed and smiled the entire time!! I loved the experience and highly recommend stopping in for a class if you haven't!!

I feel really lucky I found this studio. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The instructors are great, and the classes are challenging but not intimidating. They have an awesome introductory deal too.

This was my first class and Sara was great! She made sure I was safe and I had correct positions.After class she took me on a tour of the studio.She was very welcoming and a fantastic instructor!
