I had to make an in-person visit, since I was seeing a new-to-me QMP. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and emails sent in advance of my appointment made it easy to get all of the required preliminary details taken care of. The QMP had all of my previous historical information readily available from last year's visit, so all that was needed was a quick review of my medical status and the process was complete. I was given opportunities to make any comments I wanted, and to ask questions. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Fast and welcoming, hard to understand exactly what to do with the online stuff as far as your utah ID step but other than that no problem ready and non intrusive way to get your recommendation taken care of legally. Fair price of you take the time to shop around. 100% recommended 100% satisfied thank you!
