Just finished my third fraxel laser, all one month apart. I was extremely nervous before getting the first one, as there are so many horror stories on social media. But Form Derm Spa (and Daphne, in particular) didn’t disappoint. The process went smoothly and recovery was painless, especially when you follow Daphne’s instructions. I am 51 and extremely happy with the results. My sun damage, gone. My brown spots, gone. My skin texture, amazing. My skin tone, fabulous. I don’t expect to look 30 but I am so thankful I trusted Form Derm Spa with my skin because I LOVE IT!

I went to Form Spa for a Hydrafacial from Rickale S. The experience was wonderful. Rickale is a very knowledgeable esthetician . She explained the procedure to me before hand and made me feel very welcome. She also taught me about the skin care products at the spa. I ended up purchasing the Vitamin C Serum and I love it! My skin has never looked better. The spa is beautiful and the staff is all very kind. I will definitely be back.
