I found this place by accident but keep coming back because of the great job they do. My pom mix always looks good and they are very careful not to go too short for shave shock. I know when I bring my dog here that he'll be cared for while he's there and isn't stuck sitting in a kennel waiting for his turn. Crystal & Opal care about all the pets and clients that come in - I can see by the smiles on their faces that they are happy to see their regular pets coming in for a "spaw" day and I appreciate their care!
My neighbor recommended them and they knocked every step of our experience out of the park. We have two golden doodle puppies that really needed grooming. They fit us into their very busy schedule quickly and followed up with text messages and reminders (very helpful). When we showed up they were professional and kind, and I felt confident our pups were in good hands. A few hours later I got a message that they were ready, I returned and was blown away! Polished Pet Parlor is the Best in the Business! They take excellent care of my babies. We have been coming here for over 5 years. Crystal is amazing, caring, talented and the only one I will let Groom my precious Baby Dean! Opal is another Groomer here and she is also fantastic. It is awesome to go here and not be treated as a number like at Petco & Pet Smart. They are in business because they love Babies & care about all Babies!
